We've been offering flexible payment plans for our customers for years, and now we've taken it online and made it even easier for you. On the Rankins Payment Plan, your order will only dispatch or become available for collection once the full balance has been paid.

How it Works

Choose the jewellery you love on our website and make an initial deposit payment to get started. From there, you can pay off the remaining balance in as many payments as you like, at any time, within a 3 month period.


There are no fixed installments or schedules, you simply pay what suits you, when it suits you. You can log into your account at any time to view your balance, make a payment, and track the progress of your orders.


Once your payment plan order is fully paid off, you can book an appointment to collect your jewellery at our London Showroom or our team will send it out to you with secure next-day delivery. A non-refundable initial deposit of at least 20% is required for all pieces; custom orders require a 50% deposit.

Rankins Payment Plan FAQs

Choose the jewellery you love on our website and make an initial payment to get started. From there, you can manage everything through your online account. An initial payment of at least 20% is required for all pieces, while custom orders require a 50% deposit.

No. There are no fixed monthly payments or set instalments. You can pay whatever you want, whenever you want, as long as the balance is paid off within three months. We’ll just send you reminder emails along the way.

We’re happy to help where possible. If you choose to extend your payment plan by a further 30 days, a small fee of 5% of the remaining balance will apply.

Yes. You can add as many pieces or orders to the payment plan as you like. Each will have its own balance, and you can pay them off separately through your account.

Absolutely. You’re welcome to pay off your balance in full at any time within the three-month period. Once your balance has been settled, you can choose to have your jewellery posted to you via secure next-day delivery, or book an appointment to collect it from our London showroom.

You can log into your account via our website at any time to view the balance of your piece(s), make payments, and track the progress of your current and previous payment plans.

Once your item has been paid in full, you can choose how you’d like to receive it.


You can book an appointment to collect it from our London showroom, open Monday to Friday, 10am–5pm.

Alternatively, you can select secure delivery for £7.50. UK orders are sent via next-day delivery, while Ireland orders typically arrive within 3–4 working days.

Yes. All payments are processed securely, and we do not store any of your payment details.

If you decide to cancel your order, we will refund any payments made, minus a 20% deposit (50% for custom-made items). This deposit is retained to cover costs associated with reserving and preparing your item.

Yes. Pre-orders can be paid off using the Rankins Payment Plan in the same way as in-stock items.
