Our Story
60 Years of Expertise
Our grandad George began dealing in coins, medals and antiques on Brick Lane market, passing on his knowledge to his sons from an early age. Together they travelled the world, buying exquisite jewellery from all corners of the globe and bringing their wares back to the east end – first to a shop in Hackney Road, then to their long-standing shop at 325 Bethnal Green Road. Over the years our family name has become one of the UK’s most recognised in the jewellery and watch trade – known for our friendly approach, great prices & core values, building long standing customer relationships lasting decades

As Rankins Jewellers entered a new era, our growing social media presence helped us connect with a wider audience — from loyal customers to celebrities, performing artists, and sports personalities who share our love for fine jewellery and bespoke design. As the younger generation of the Rankin family, we’re proud to have launched the Rankins Jewellers online store, bringing our family’s legacy to clients across the UK and beyond. While the older generation enjoys a well-earned retirement and our much-loved Bethnal Green shop closes its doors, our values remain the same: integrity, quality, and personal service. We’re honoured to continue what our grandad George began and excited to shape the next chapter of Rankins Jewellers — blending six decades of tradition with a fresh, modern approach to jewellery.

We know that choosing jewellery is a deeply personal experience. That’s why we offer private appointments in our London showroom, where you can view pieces up close, discuss bespoke designs, or explore our diamond collections with expert guidance.
Our showroom is open Monday to Friday, 10am–5pm, and is located in Bishopsgate, near London Liverpool Street Station.
