Rankins Payment Plan – Terms & Conditions

By selecting the Rankins Payment Plan, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Payment plan period
   The Rankins Payment Plan allows you to spread the cost of your purchase over a maximum period of three (3) months from the date of your initial payment.
2. Flexible payments
   There are no fixed instalments or set payment amounts. You may pay any amount, at any time, provided the full balance is paid within the three-month period.
3. Minimum payment
   To begin a payment plan, an initial payment of 20% or more of the item’s total price is required, while custom orders require a 50% deposit. The remaining balance must be paid in full within the agreed payment period.
4. Multiple items
   You may have multiple items on a payment plan at the same time. Each item will have its own balance and payment tracking.
5. Early payment
   You may pay off your balance in full at any time. Once the balance has been paid in full, your item will be prepared and dispatched with next-day delivery.
6. Dispatch of goods
   Items purchased on a payment plan will only be dispatched once the full balance has been paid.
7. Extended payment period
   If you require additional time beyond the three-month period, this may be agreed at Rankins’ discretion. An additional 5% of the item’s remaining cost, per month will apply for extended payment periods.
8. Missed or incomplete payments
   If the full balance is not paid within the agreed payment period, Rankins reserves the right to cancel the payment plan. Any payments already made will be handled in line with the cancellation policy outlined below.
9. Cancellations
   If you choose to cancel your order:
   • A 20% deposit will be retained to cover costs associated with reserving and preparing your item, or
   • You may choose to receive the full amount paid as store credit.
10. Returns and alterations
    Payment plan purchases are subject to Rankins’ standard returns policy. Items that have been resized, altered, or made to order may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
11. Price protection
    The price of your item is fixed at the time you start your payment plan and will not be affected by any future price changes.
12. Item reservation
    Items on a payment plan are reserved for you while payments are being made, provided the terms of the payment plan are met.
13. Account access
    You can log into your account at any time to view balances, make payments, and track your current or previous payment plans.
14. Payment security
    All payments are processed securely. Rankins does not store card or payment details.
15. Right to withdraw
    Rankins reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or withdraw a payment plan at its discretion.
